I’ve been in the IT industry for about 15 years give or take and I became interested in computers like most by tinkering with things, broke or not. I got my start as an Apple Technical Support Representative. I’ve also worked as an Apple Technician in an Apple Authorized Service Center. I’ve also done several years and various levels of Windows technical support from being in a Helpdesk role to being a System administrator. I also hold a CompTia Network+ certification. I believe in great work ethic, ownership of an issue for a customer and enjoy getting to the resolution. I have lived locally in the Lewiston / Auburn area for several years and it’s just me and my dog Max.
